We specialize in three styles of projects: Turnkey Rental, BRRRR Deals and Flips.
Turnkey Rental
All of our turnkey rentals are professionally managed by Locklear Property Management. The owners no longer have to worry about keeping their rental homes in good shape, collecting rent or managing the rental. We can also provide the investment deal as we acquire 15-20 new deals per month.
BRRRR Deals
Our BRRRR division helps you invest when you need some cash to buy rental homes Our process includes our team providing the investment deal, we will renovate the property for you, place tenants and manage the home after it’s repaired. We also have exclusive financing partners available to help you acquire the asset.
Flip Projects
Our flip projects were done for our own investment endeavors and we also partner with investors who need renovation work. Many times we can provide the funds to purchase and renovate the projects as well. You bring the deal and we handle the rest.
